Drawing on earlier roles at W Magazine and Conde Nast, she blends creative vision with strategic leadership. Alexandra is committed to understanding each couple’s priorities—ensuring when it matters most, every detail aligns with their budget and dreams. She cherishes moments of quiet connection on the wedding day, particularly the heartfelt pauses just after the ceremony begins when the day’s emotional significance becomes poignantly clear.

A University of Maryland graduate with experience coordinating events for nonprofits, Felicia Kettler brings heart and intentionality to each client. She values savoring the small, meaningful moments—pausing just before the procession, taking in all the effort and excitement. Her thoughtful approach helps clients feel grounded and fully in the moment on a day that moves rapidly.

Alison Golt, educated at California University of Pennsylvania, brings both expertise and empathy to her role as Luxury Event Designer. With prior experience as a Wedding Specialist at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, she knows how to balance formality and artistry. Alison thrives in executing meaningful moments for her clients with stellar behind-the-scenes planning. She loves revealing the reception design to the clients and letting them soak in their executed vision. Her confidence helps couples relax into their special day.

Carlene Boyer, from Salisbury University, approaches each event with enthusiasm, creativity, and a flair for storytelling. Whether capturing the emotion of a “first look” or the energy of the couple’s entrance at the reception, Carlene delights in the moments of anticipation and reveal. Outside work, she enjoys hiking, exploring wineries, and embracing seasonal and festive atmospheres, which also fuel her creative sensibility in bringing distinctive and joyful weddings to life.

Jamie Weber holds a degree from Virginia Tech and has diverse experience across fashion, real estate, and non-profit sectors. What shines through is her passion for connection and authenticity. As an Event Designer, she strives to help couples be present and soak up every moment on their wedding day. For Jamie, one of the most rewarding parts is truly designing the tablescape to reflect the couple’s personality and vision.
